Helix Test Systems < Back to summary
The Helix Test Systems are the ideal system to perform as a “worst case” test in a (small) steam sterilizer. The Helix Test Systems are used to monitor air removal and steam penetration of lumen during sterilization. The Helix Test Systems serve as a so-called “batch monitoring system” to check the sterilization parameters in the load. Helix Test Systems are listed in EN 285 (for large sterilizers) and EN 13060 (for small steam sterilizers) as a standard routine test. We talk about multiple tests because we have developed Helix Test Systems for sterilization cycles of 3.5, 5.3, 7.0 and 18 minutes.
