The Corner Protectors are placed in the 4 corners on the outside of the instrument tray. This is done to ensure that during transport, storage or use of the set, the packaging material is not damaged and the set maintains its sterility. We have disposable cellulose corner protectors or reusable ones made of silicone. To attach the reusable corner protectors (3FTSZ422202), you will need our silicone plugs. For woven instrument trays, please use the white plugs and for perforated instrument trays, please use the blue plugs (sold separately).
