Our SteriClin Gusseted See-through Reels are widely used in hospitals and medical facilities for packaging medical devices. The film provides a 100% barrier against airborne or liquid contamination. The medical paper on the other side is porous so that the sterilization medium can penetrate the laminate bag. The SteriClin range has a number of features that enhance ease of use and patient safety. Because these rolls have a side fold, it is possible to fill the contents with objects higher than a normal medical device, such as bowls etc.

Smaller sets and individual instruments are often packaged in smaller sterile barrier systems (pre-formed sterile barrier systems). This can have many applications and with them many challenges. For example, sterility must be maintained and easily identifiable.
